RGA Request

  • Incomplete information may delay the return process.
  • Once approved, the RGA Number will be emailed to the contact listed during RGA request.
  • Returns must be received within 30 days of the RGA issue date.
  • All returns should be shipped freight prepaid.
  • All items returned for credit or replacement are subject to verification inspection by Hydrotek.
